Sorry if this is a repeat - my previous question did not seem to appear.
I can open a file in Word 03 from windows explorer, but if I try to open the
same file from Word it tells it is looking for Document Manager Eccrypted
files, and I need a pass phrase to decrypt the file. If I try to save a new
file I get a message that I need to log onto credential manager to use this
functionality. If I log on a a different user I do not have this problem.
