I am looking for a query to only pull in records with a
date of from today (now) - 90 days. What would I put into
the criteria section of the query?

Assuming all dates have a time of midnight...

BETWEEN Date()-90 AND Date()

If they do contain times other than midnight then...

BETWEEN Date()-90 AND Date()+1
