Critical Path question

I know how to make the critical path show in Gantt chart in red - but how
do I make the text in the Task Name column in red also?

Thanks, mac

In MS Project, go to Format, Text Styles, and select Critical Tasks from
the drop down, then the appropriate formatting options.

Note that this applies to the specific view. Other views will not take on
those formatting changes.

Another option - Right click the Gantt chart Area to choose Bar
Styles. Select the Text Styles tab, and follow the process given by
Andrew Lavinsky. If you want different color for each task, select the
individual task bar and customize the color.

Sai - The text tab of the Bar Styles dialog box allows the user to specify a
field name. There are no text formatting options on the text tab of the Bar
Styles dialog box. The same applies to the Format Bar dialog box. There is no
"Text Styles" tab on either dialog box.

To format the text on the left side of the Gantt chart, the "Lavinsky
Method" would be the solution.

I was a big fan of the Lavinsky Method before it was called the Lavinsky
Method! :)

Yes, I agree with you. It was a typo :)

You can use the Bar style to change the style and labels of the bars.
Thanks for bringing this to notice.
