My new Dell Dimension DM051 constantly has the "critical stop" .wav file
play. Other than the .wav sound, there is no message or explaination of why
this happens. Another thing that happens right before the sound, is the
mouse pointer will change to an hourglass - even tho I am doing nothing on
the compuer at the time. This happens all day long, not just at the
"critical stop" sound.
