About six months ago, I was using Excel as a CRM tool and leveraging VBA capabilities for streamlining database management and communications. However, I did not really accomplish an analytics request as it made me run up against a few walls in Excel/VBA. I’m unfamiliar or maybe uncomfortable with communication analytics or tracking mechanisms.
