i am using the CRM template from microsoft access. i want to be able to find
& edit specific contacts and manage them on an ongoing basis. what does the
contact id match up to? it does not match up to the record number so there is
no easy way to find a specific and make notes on a phone call (for example)?
or, how do you manage specific contacts? i really appreciate your
help...thank you. I tried to create a report displaying the contact
information and sortign by contact id but the contact id does not match up to
the record number. i appreciate any help you can give...thank you.
