Using Office 2003 Picture Manager to crop a TIFF image because original has a
blank area at bottom of image. My problem is that when I crop the image to
get rid of the blank area then save it using another file name, the image
grows from 768KB to 3.2MB. When I open the new image, it is blank. What am
I doing wrong when I try to crop.
