In Publisher 2003 you're able to crop rectangular, but can you crop round?
also and can you put on an artistic border onto it, again round?

This place has bee very helpful to me,

Maybe the following will get you started:

Click "Oval" in your left pane....left click /
drag to the shape you like.

Right click the shape and from the menu...
choose: Format AutoShape / Colors and
Lines tab / Color drop window / Fill Effects /
Picture Tab / Select Picture...

With the image selected...you have several
options on your Formatting tool bar for borders.
