Cross-functional flowchart dialog box appears every time during fileopen

Hi All,

I am using Visio 2007 Active X Control in my drawing application using
Visual Studio 2005. If I have a file that has "Functional band", every
time when I open this file a "Cross-functional flowchart dialog box
appears" before opening file.

Is there any way to disable this popup during file open?
