Cross-hairs in corners of document borders

Paul

Hi,

I recently changed the language of Word's spelling menu
from UK English to Canadian English and since then I have
had these cross-hairs marking the borders of my page
layout on my screens. They do not print but I would like
to get rid of them from my monitor.

Any suggestions?

Hi, Paul,

As I understand it, the corner marks shouldn't have anything to do
with UK vs Canadian English, but rather with having an Asian language
enabled in the Office language settings.

Go to Start menu > Programs > Microsoft Office > Microsoft Office
Tools > Microsoft Office XP Language Settings. If there are any Asian
languages listed on the right side of the dialog, select them and
click Remove.

Thanks Jay!
