cross platform issue MAC/PC

When powerpoint files are created on using Powerpoint
2003 for Windows some of the text boxes do not appear
and/or print when opening the file using Powerpoint for
MAC OS X. When you open the file on another Windows based
computer the text boxes appear normally.

Any thoughts??
