Cross Project Dependency Milestone with Risk/Issue

Hi, If I link a Risk and/or Issue to a Milestone and then make that Milestone
a predecessor to another milestone in another project, will the Risk and/or
Issue icon appear against the ghost milestone task in the successor project
plan and be able to be clicked on and opened for review?
