Cross referancing two xls SS

I want to compare to xls Spreadsheets fast the have columns A-H and about
400 lines each what is the best/fastest way to do this? I am looking for
duplicates between the two.

Is this the best and easiest way?

I have two seperate spread sheets so I wanted to know how to use this
formula between the two. I read the article you gave but do not understand
how to get this to work yet. Can you please provide a little help?

Ok I am close I have the formula in but I get #VALUE! and another gives me
#DIV/0!

The main two formulas just display in the cells. I d/l the example and
followed it and only change the A to an F as this is the cell I am after.
What am I missing?
