Cross Reference a table with 2 variable cells

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)

I have 2 List Boxes, representing the x and y axis of a table. I wish to cross reference the 2 axis to find the matching cell in the table.

example: 20 combination variables
X Axis = Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, Level 4
Y Axis = Age 1, Age 2, Age 3, Age 4, Age 5

List Box 1 = (Level 3)
List Box 2 = (Age 4)
