I have never used an office application. I am brand new to the computer.
I have names, telephone numbers and addresses for customers. What is the
best way and what program do i use to either pull up the customer using ONLY
the name or number or address?

That depends on what you want to do with the information and what skills you've got to set that application up to work the way you
describe. The 'best' application might be Outlook, Excel or Access (not likely to be Word) - but it might be a Rolodex.

Thanks. We are a contracting business. The owner gives free estimates. I
need to enter the homeowners name, address & phone #. The owner sometimes
just gives me the street name without remembering the name and visa versa. I
want to be able to put in the street only to pull up the name.
