cross tab report

Hi,

I have not used cross tab reports before and have a problem trying to get
what i want

i have a Query which produces something like the following


Customer Designer Painter Flooring
Electrician

Mr A Bob 1 0
0
Mr A Dave 0 1
1
Mr B Bob 1 0
0
M C Dave 0 1
1
Mr C Paul 1 1
1
Mr C Peter 0 0
0

I hope you can get the idea

what i want to produce is a report the displays this


Customer Painters Florrings
Electricians

Mr A Bob Dave
Dave

any idea on how i can do this would be really appreciated
