UGH.

annoying, spamming crossposters are ruining my favorite newsgroups. I've
killfiled the worst offenders, but would like to know how to filter out
those who can't resist replying to these maniacs.

Any suggestions? I'm using Outlook.

Technically, you're using Outlook Express. You should be able to create a
news rule that checks the subject line for specific words. Since replies in
a thread generally all contain at least some of the words of the original
post's subject, that's what I'd do if I were in your shoes.

However, ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup for a more definitive answer.
