CryptoAPI Private Key POPUP

I recently installed a certificate so I could send out
digital signed email messages. Since doing so, Outlook
pops up an informational pop-up stating "An application
is requesting access to a Protected item." Considering
the amount email traffic I can generate, this is pretty
annoying and slows things down.

After searching around, I have been unable to identify a
way to suppress the message. Anyone have any first hand
knowledge on disabling this message?
