Crystal Reports

Because Projects reports are not that good I am trying to develop my own
connecting from Crystal Reports. I am in search of hints, tips and tables.
My projects are from Project Server 2003 with a SQL backend. A table ER
diagram, table definitions/descriptions would be great.

Hi Trev,

To start with find the file PJDB.htm which is usually installed in:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office11\1033

It is the Project 2003 database format including a description of tables,
fields etc.

Also see:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...c2-3ac1-4fc8-8e67-d908cdb9faf2&DisplayLang=en
for the Project 2003 Database schema.

After digesting those, I suggest you try posting to the Project Server
newsgroup. Although the server gurus do read all project newsgroups, you
may find a quicker answer to any further questions there.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.

Julie
