CSS options

I am a beginner here.
Am I correct in this:
1. FP2003 will give me some CSS capability, but most options are not
available?
2. Can I create a CSS to define the appearance of my tables....frame size &
color?

2. Yes for color. Frames have nothing to do with tables but you can
place an IFrame in a table cell.
