My web pages are made up of tables and is slow to load. I was told I should
use css. I have a few examples of css files, I know how to use them. I don't
know how to make them

My question is how can I take my exesting web page and create a css.

Based on this question, I would say no. CSS takes study and lots of trial
and error to learn. Further the conversion of a page using traditional
table layouts to one using CSS layouts requires rebuilding every page from
scratch, not just converting code.

If your page takes too long to load, it's probably because you have too much
content on the page. Can you post a link to a representative page?
