csv file with empty string in double quotes

Hi all,

OWC spreadsheet object shows " (i.e. one double quote character) if
it encounters with a double quoted empty string (i.e. "") in its
source csv file. Is there anybody else who experienced the same
problem? Any suggestions?

Owc version = 11
I used cvsurl parameter to set data source.
Internet Explorer version 6.0

Yes, this is by design. If it is bugging you, just run a simply string
replace for the character.
