Ctrl + '

Hi,

Most of you (some of you??) know that Ctrl + ' will insert the current date
and time. One of my users can do Ctrl + ; (current date)

And
Ctrl + Shift + : (current time).

But the Ctrl + ' won't work. Works fine for me. Any ideas why?

Thanks in advance,

Ben,

I use ctrl+' to insert a copy of the field in the previous record, not date
and time. If there is no value in the previous record, you get nothing.

Here is a list of shortcut keys for Access 95/97. I'm not finding a similar
KB article for later versions of Access at the moment...

I'm having the same problem. The Ctrl +; and Ctrl +' work fine in Access
2000 but I get an message in Access 2003 that says "The exoression you
entered has a function name that Microsoft Access can't find".
