Cube building

I have a project server 2007 installed on a single computer along with sql
server 2005 and reporting tools. I used custom install and installed all.

I did not exclusively install or cube building services. Is it automatically
installed?

You need to install SQL Analysis Services and then do a bit more
configuration as described in the following article. Make sure to read it
carefully and follow each step, as skipping any of the steps typically
results in frustration:
