Cube doesn't build automatically

Hello,

Having gone through all of the setup step-by-step, all seems fine when
building the Cube. I can create Data Analysis Views, etc.
The problem is that the Cube doesn't build automatically based on my
settings (every night).
I don't get any error (like it failed to build or anything) and the status
just shows successful completion on the day\time I manually built it last.
Is there some timer service or something I am missing? SQL Server
2005 and Analysis Services 2005 SP2 on one machine, PS 2007 on another.
The Windows SharePoint timer service is started.

Thanks.

Hi Ahmed,
This is reliant on the timer service, which as you say is running. Make
sure the two servers are set to the same time and timezone etc, there have
been issues if these are out of synch between the servers.

Okay, then, confirming that the cube builds okay manually, you'll need to
check the ULS logs to find more information. Also, are you getting any
failed jobs in the queue. Setting the cube to build hourly will shorten your
troubleshooting duration.

Also, in the Timer Job Definitions, you should see a CubeAdminSRPJob, that
relates to the instance of project server - worth confmining that this is
there and not disabled. Also, you should be able to see the last status of
this job in the timer job status - what does this say?
