Cube is stuck on initiation phase

Hi All,

The cube is stuck on the initiation phase any idea what shall I do.
I would like to mention that I've upgraded to SP3 is there anything I need
to do with database? the upgrade was done both to users and server

What service pack do you have on your SQL Server Should be SP2 or later
