CUMIPMT and PPMT Functions

excel has the cumipmt function which will give you the
total interest paid over whatever period of time you want
for say a mortgage. is there an equivalent function for
ppmt? nothing came up in the knowledge base.

Hi Steve,

You can use the CUMPRINC function. You'll need to install the Analysis
TookPak add-in.
