Curent View in Contacts

I like the option when you are in the address card view and you can click on
the letter on the right side of the screen but in any other view the letter
buttons are not their. Is there a setting I can change to have them show up
on other views?

Only the two Address Card views have that. You cannot add it to any other
view.
