The Earned Value system that my Project file feeds data to stores
rates down to the 4th decimal place. Unfortunately, Project can only
store rates up to the 2nd decimal place. I can enter any number of
decimals when entering the rate but Project will always round it to
the nearest two-digit decimal. Therefore, when calculating the cost in
Project, it will be slightly off from the number that is calculated in
the Earned Value system because of rounding. I have read this is
applicable on Number fields as well.
Is there are workaround for this?
Thanks in advance!
