Current day/non-working days in PWA timesheet?

Is it possible to highlight the current day and non-working days within the
Timesheet view of Project Web Access?

what happens when people start administering hours on those days?
for example 8 hours on the task leave when in fact its a national holiday
and thus non working in the global calendar
