current tasks

How can I limited Team Members to view only their tasks for the next 2 week?
I have a project planned for several monthss ahead , including time and
resources. I would like to let my resource to see only their task for a
limited period ( 2 weeks from now).
I know I have "current tasks" view on "My task" menu , but the user also
have the ability to choose "all tasks". How can I remove this option?

Don't publish tasks beyond the window you want your users to work in.

But I need to give the Team Leader the option to see the entire project and
to limited the view only to Team Members
