I have one guy that keeps loosing columns in his inbox (ie. subject\received
columns). I know he isn't going through the proper way of changing views
and editing these features. (ie right clicking and customizing current
views). Is anyone aware of any key strokes or something else that he might
be doing to removed these columns. HELP PLEASE!
