Currently my IE7 is openingtiffs w/Quicktime want PictureManager

How can I change the way IE7 opens attached files that are in webmails?
Currently IE7 is trying to open a tiff file with quicktime and I would like
to use MS PIcture Manager as my default??

Open Quicktime and then it properties and DISable the files types you
don't want Quicktime to handle.
