Currently opened document content from word/ppt/Excel ?

Hi,

I have to read currently opened document content from Word or PowerPoint or
Excel into streams. I need this for Outlook 2003 and 2007. I want to post
that content to my jsp page with http connection.

Can any one please guide me or provide any link for this?
