Curse of the Cloned Web Pages

Has anyone heard of a situation where if one were to....

Create a web page... called "A" and fill it with some text and graphics....
then create another web page.... called "B" .... and right then and there,
whatever was on "A" is now on "B" without doing anything more than create
that second page "B"?

What version of FP?
Are you using Saving As a new page to create the B page? Is Page A using a
Included Page content?

Yes
It's done by setting Shared Borders as the default for the web site, then in
Page A placing all the content in the shared border area.
All other pages - page B, page C, Page D.... will have the same content.
