Hello,
I use Microsoft Office Professional 2007; Word 2007
Word stopped responding several times today. I seem to have lost several
documents. I see them with Windows explorer and when I open them, Word
opens but there is no document.
When I open a saved document, The curser will not move from the topmost
position on the page. It will not go into a document. The features on the
ribbon seem to work and I can navigate around the ribbon.
I uninstalled and reinstalled Office got all updates (I think) and still
have the same problem.
What should I do?
