In calendar's monthly view when I place my cursor arrow on a meeting or
appointment it usually pops up a descriptive text box about the meeting. This
is my desired preference...BUT... often the cursor instead changes to black
crossed arrows (move/drag symbol).
This cursor behavior seems random and inconsistent and is annoying. Is this
a bug? or can the cursor behavior be controlled?
