Cursor insertion point

Is there any way to change the color of the flashing vertical line that marks
the insertion point? Often times I find that I can't see it because I have a
dark background and the vertical flashing line is also dark.

This is controlled by Windows rather than Front Page.

You should either check the help that comes with Windows
or consult with the Windows newsgroup.

cursors, mousepointers etc are Windows settings, not frontpage settings.
