Cursor is out of control.

Hi,

When I open Excel 2003, if I click anywhere in the worksheet (Not the menu).
The cursor just start to go all over with highlighing the worksheet and can
not be controlled. I can not do anything even can not close it. I have to use
task manager to get ride of it. In the error report it says that

"The following 2 files are involved.

C:\DOCUME~1\HP_Owner\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER93f2.dir00\EXCEL.EXE.mdmp
C:\DOCUME~1\HP_Owner\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER93f2.dir00\appcompat.txt"

Pls advice.
