Cursor stuck

When I am in a cell, if I use the arrow keys the whole sheet moves instead of
highlighting a different cell. What can I do to change this?

check two things:


1. make sure SCROLLOCK is not on
2. Tools > Options... > Transition - make sure nothing is checked.

Hi,

If the Scroll Lock is enabled - pressed, you will notice the page scrolling
with the cell selection anchored in that position. Likewise, if you disable
the Scroll Lock, the cell selection will move up and when using the UP and
DOWN arrow keys.
