Cursor

When I try to compose a new e-mail, the cursor drops
automatically into the body of the e-mail. Outlook's
default is to place the cursor in the To field. How do I
correct Outlook so that the cursor goes directly to the
To field instead of into the body of the e-mail when
composing a new e-mail?
