Has anybody had this problem. When user opens a new page
in word 2002 the cursor is in the middle of the page. I
have replaced normal.dot. I have uninstalled it and
reloaded it still no luck. If I login word is ok. But if
I logging as this user curson start in middle of page and
wont move up !!

Hi Michael,

From the File menu, select Page Setup and go to the Layout tab and set the
Vertical Alignment to Top. It sounds like it must be set to Center at the
moment.
