I have to set up 1:1 meetings with my 5 direct reports. We have a meeting
once a month but can be diff dates and times
Is there a way i can custom set the dates and times in one kind of
appointment and send the 12 invites per person once.
I am having to create 60 appoinments

Thanks
Matt

You could export/create an Excel file with the appointment that they
could then import.

WS.Repeat appointment should work. Or create the list in Excel and import,
or make one and copy and paste to the other time and dates.
