Custom Button Bar does not display

We use a Custom Button Bar in Outlook 2003 whenever a certain Message Class
is matched. But for 2 users, the button bar appears but only a very small
piece, it appears without all of the ICONS inside the button bar? Any Ideas
Why? The other 800 users it works fine for.

you mean its on its own toolbar and its floating alone somewhere? can they
drag it into the toolbar area/

Does the screen resolution for those two users match that of the other 800?
Buttons will fall off when the screen resolution is below a certain
threshold.
