Custom Button

I want to set up a Customized Command button for Junk email in Outlook
2002. The button works fine but when I reboot the computer and open
Outlook it's gone and I have to set it up again.

I saw another post in this group regarding this issue but when I
clicked on it I was told it no longer existed. Any help would be most
appreciated.
