Custom buttons to select form

How do I make forms easily available to users?!

I would like to allow selection of two forms, rather than having to navigate through File | New | Choose Form...

I also see that a link to my two available forms are placed as menu items under Actions. I tried to add these menu items to the toolbar, but they were not available.
