Custom Callout Not Showing Custom Properties on Connect To OtherShape

Using Viso 2003 on Windows XP.

Hello All,

When I attach a Custom Callout to a shape with Custom Properties, it
doesn't always display the Custom Properties. Even after I redo the
operation several times I do not see any custom properties listed on
the Configure Callout Dialog.

Anyone else experience this? Does anybody know a fix?
