Custom chart type templates in Excel 2007

In Excel 2007 I can create chart templates for my custom chart types
(crtx files).

As these chart templates are also available in PowerPoint, I would not
like to set a default font size. It would be great if a custom chart had
the same behavior as a built-in chart type (if you insert it in Excel
the font size is set to 10, in PowerPoint to 18). This behavior is very
reasonable.

Can this be done? Right now I would have to create two custom chart
templates for one chart type (one for use in Excel, one for use in
PowerPoint). For users this might be rather confusing.
