Custom charts

I have two sets of data i want to chart. One set on the x
axis and the second set on the y axis. How do I create
this?

Do you mean an x-y scatter chart?

JUST SET YOUR DATA UP LIKE THIS

X Y
1 3
2 4
5 6

AND SELECT AND XY SCATTER ON THE CHART WIZARD
