Custom color mapping for visually challenged people

Powder blue on a white background and light gray on a white background are
exceedingly difficult for me to see. We need a way to map text formatted in
these colors to some other color. This should be available either via Control
Panel, or through Options on each application.

Experiment with the options in Control Panel, Accessibility Options, Display tab.
Choosing one of the available High Contrast color schemes will probably help a great deal.
